  • Kyle Rybak

    Co-Owner & Artist

Kyle started his journey in the art world with a focus on printmaking, sculpture, and photography before apprenticing with Douglas Lopretto in 2019.

Over time, Kyle has developed his own style that features bold lines, bright colors, and playful themes. He is inspired by the pop and atomic mid-century art movements, as well as anything 80’s and early 90’s. He loves finding fresh takes on traditional tattoos and is always excited to share his artistic journey with others.

Kyle’s books are always open! He is very happy to take clients with any budget and welcomes cover-ups and reworks.

  • Alicia "Zero" Niedbala

    Artist

Alicia “Zero” has been tattooing since 2018 and has had a lifelong passion for the craft. Her flash is heavily inspired by the 90s “walk-in shop” style she grew up admiring. Alicia has always had a strong interest in visual arts as well, teaching herself paper cutting, printmaking, painting, and screen printing (to name a few). Some of her artistic inspirations include Junji Ito, vintage carnival art, Jim Woodring, and medieval woodcuts.

For Alicia, tattoos are a true collaboration between the artist and the client. She enjoys working in various styles and subject matters to create pieces that complement both the body and the client’s aesthetic tastes.

Her books are always open for projects of any size, and she is happy to work with different budgets. Cover-ups and reworks are always welcome!

  • Maddy Sehring

    Artist

Maddy is a Pittsburgh native and began her dream of tattooing in Portland Maine. In June 2025, she returned to Pittsburgh and joined the team at KSD Tattoo. In addition to her love of tattooing, she has been a ceramicist, graphic designer, design consultant and painter. Anything artistic Maddy could get her hands on, she did.

She finds inspiration in human anatomy, silly things, oddities, spooky themes, cherished knick-knacks, cartoons and traditional tattoos. Maddy is a well rounded and versatile artist. Whether you’re looking for a sentimental, serious or silly tattoo, Maddy will work with you to ensure you receive a design that you can cherish for a lifetime.

  • Mina Nolting

    Junior Artist

Mina is a lifelong artist who started her tattoo career here at KSD in August of 2025. She got her BFA in Animation in Buffalo NY, before moving back home to cozy Pittsburgh. She enjoys using her experience in character and creature design to give her tattoo designs flow and personality.

Mina enjoys drawing anime, animals and nature related things the most of all, but she’s happy to work with clients to make your perfect tattoo.

Mina has recently completed her apprenticeship and her first 100 tattoos. To book with Mina, either reach out via Instagram text at (412)-515-0947

  • Sarah Williams

    Artist

Sarah has lived in Pittsburgh since 2001 when her family moved to the area from South Carolina. She got a psychology degree but decided her original aspirations of getting a doctorate degree no longer appealed to her. After her previous workplace at a reptile and amphibian nursery closed during the pandemic, she pivoted to tattooing in 2023 at Queen of Swords Tattoo. She excitedly joined the KSD family in summer of 2026, and is working on continuing to build her skills.
She has a soft spot for full color cartoon tattoos, silly little guys, spooky plants, pet portraits, and obscure mashups (ex: Handsome Squidward as Nosferatu).
She has a precious 7 year old pitbull named Pepper who is the light of her life. Bring pet pictures to your appointment. She’ll love it.
